Instructions for Author

1. Paper Submission (CMT System) All initial submissions must be made exclusively through the Microsoft CMT system.

  • ICADA Congress Template
  • Metadata Entry: Please ensure that all author information (names, affiliations, and emails) is entered completely and accurately into the CMT system’s metadata fields during the submission process.
  • File Upload: To facilitate the review process, authors are required to upload two separate files:
    • 1. Blinded Manuscript: A copy of the paper with no author details to be used for the peer-review process.
    • 2. Unblinded Manuscript: The complete version of the paper including full details of all authors.

2. Post-Acceptance & Registration Following the peer-review process, authors of accepted papers must complete the Final Registration Form via the link provided below.

Please use this form to submit the following:

  • Final Full Text: Only full-text papers will be accepted for the congress proceedings via this form.
  • Proof of Payment: A copy of the bank transfer receipt (dekont).
  • Participation Mode: Your preference for Online or In-Person (Face-to-Face) attendance.
  • Additional Details: Information regarding any accompanying persons (“plus one”), if applicable.
  • Etc.

3. Workshop Registration: Participants interested in attending the AI & Data Science Center Directors’ Workshop are required to complete a separate registration process.

  • Application: Please register for the specific sessions by filling out the Workshop Application Form provided below.
